Clear insight, built on a trusted process.
Cultara transforms anonymized organizational communication signals into clear, decision-ready insight. This guide explains the process at a high level, including how data is prepared, protected, analyzed, and translated into reliable findings without exposing sensitive information or unnecessary technical complexity.
A controlled path from communication data to decision-ready insight.
Cultara separates data preparation, protected processing, analysis, and reporting into distinct stages. This creates clear control points for privacy, security, data quality, and responsible use throughout the assessment.
Assessment scope is defined
The customer defines the business objective, participating organizations or groups, assessment period, and intended use of the results before any analysis begins.
Data is prepared securely
Communication data is prepared within the customer-controlled environment. Personal and sensitive identifiers are removed before the approved, anonymized dataset is made available to Cultara.
Organizational patterns are evaluated
Cultara evaluates broad behavioural patterns across the approved dataset. Findings are based on recurring evidence across many communications rather than isolated messages or individual activity.
Results are validated and presented
Evidence is consolidated into findings, confidence indicators, risks, strengths, and recommended actions aligned with the stated business objective and assessment design.
The sections below explain the safeguards, responsibilities, and quality controls applied at each stage without exposing Cultara’s proprietary analytical methods.
Access remains under customer control.
Cultara provides clear administrative controls around who can access the platform, how work is separated, and how important activity is recorded. These controls begin when an organization is created and continue throughout the assessment lifecycle.
Agreement before processing
Acceptance of the Data Processing Agreement is built into organization creation. This establishes the terms for handling customer data before an assessment dataset is uploaded or processed.
Controlled and flexible access
The Organization Owner controls membership and organization-level permissions. Access can also be separated by workspace so users only see the assessments, data, and results relevant to their role.
Reviewable activity history
Critical administrative and assessment activities are recorded in a readable audit history, supporting internal oversight, security reviews, investigations, and compliance reporting needs.
Organization Owners determine who can access the environment, which workspaces users can see, and who can create, edit, or review assessments. Cultara is designed to evaluate organizational patterns, not individual employee performance.
